基于患者家属配合的多模式精细化和延续化护理应用于老年脑出血手术的临床观察

Clinical observation of multi-mode refined and continuous nursing based on the cooperation of patients'family members applied to the operation of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients

目的分析基于家属配合的多模式精细化和延续化护理在老年脑出血手术护理工作中的效果和价值。方法选取2018年1月-2019年7月在本科治疗的112例老年脑出血手术患者,随机分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在与对照组相同的常规护理基础上,加用家属配合的多模式精细化护理及延续化护理。评估并比较2组患者并发症发生率、出院4周时的日常生活能力评分(Barthel评分)、护理满意度以及护理质量。结果护理干预前,2组患者日常生活能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院4周时,观察组患者日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(10.71%vs 26.79%,P<0.05)。观察组护理服务质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院4周时,观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(98.21%vs 80.36%,P<0.05)。结论基于家属配合的多模式精细化护理及延续化护理干预老年脑出血的效果显著,可减少并发症发生率,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effect and value of multi-mode refined and continuous nursing based on cooperation of patients'family members in the nursing of elderly patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods 112 elderly patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=56).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was givenmulti-mode refined nursing and continuous nursingwith patients'family members on the basis of the same routine nursing care as the control group.The incidence of complications,the ability of daily living(Barthel score)at 4 weeks after discharge,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Result Before nursing intervention,here was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but at 4 weeks after discharge,ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.71%vs 26.79%,P<0.05).The nursing service quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 weeks after discharge,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(98.21%vs 80.36%,P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-mode refined nursing and continuous nursing based on the cooperation of patients'family members are effective in intervening cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patients'ability of daily living.
