摘要 女性的一生伴随着雌激素水平的波动起伏。绝经后随着体内雌激素水平下降,除出现烘热、汗出等症状外,女性的认知能力也开始下降。认知功能指大脑加工、储存和提取信息的能力,包括学习、记忆、感知觉、注意力、语言、思维和逻辑推理等多个方面。轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment, MCI)是一种介于正常和轻度痴呆之间的过渡状态,可表现为记忆障碍和/或轻度的其他认知功能障碍,发展为痴呆的比例较高。有证据表明,中年可能是痴呆发展过程中的关键时期,处于更年期的中年女性,大脑处理外来信息的速度和言语记忆能力都明显下降[1]。
