In the new era,the construction of China’s society based on the rule of law sets higher standards for police’s law enforcement,so both the law enforcers and the objects in law enforcement will be affected by corresponding rights and interests in the process of law enforcement.The"textbook-style law enforcement"has clear requirements for"what shall be done"in law enforcement and provides standards and demonstrations for"how to do it normatively".This is an embodiment of the construction of China’s society based on the rule of law and the advancement of the rule of law.The"textbook-type law enforcement"in the new era has obvious characteristics which will positively influence the construction of police’s law enforcement in China’s reform of public security affairs.
