王瑞祥主编的《中国古医籍书目提要》是目前规模最大、类例相对完善、用途最为广泛的一部辑录体医籍总目,为研治古医籍提供了最为系统、丰富的资料库。该书目著录编排可谓条分缕析,检索方式灵活且便利,然亦存在诸多缺漏之处,本文拟对其讹误进行订正,虽限于识小,但也具补苴罅漏之益。以期这部宏著能够更好地发挥其辑录体目录之功用,得到研究者更有效的利用。

The Chinese Ancient Medical Bibliography Summary edited by WANG Rui-xiang is currently the largest,most comprehensive and most widely used catalogue of medical books,providing the most systematic and rich database for the study of ancient medical books.The recording and editing is so clear and distinct,and the retrieval method is flexible and convenient.However,there are still many shortcomings.This article intends to correct its fallacies.Although the understanding is limited to small,it also has the benefit of making up for it.It hopes that this magnum opus can better play its role in the catalogue,and afford more effective use by researchers.
