摘要
平煤股份十二矿属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,建矿以来共发生27次突出事故,为加强灾害预警管理,该矿对己15-31020工作面有影响的瓦斯、构造、煤层赋存和应力等因素进行了分析,设计并绘制工作面多元信息预警分析图,划定异常区域,并根据多元信息预警分析图强化措施,对施工区域进行全面的、较为准确的预测预报,确定瓦斯管理重点,提高安全系数,指导安全生产。最后通过对己15-31020两巷掘进期间出现的异常信息与预警分析图进行比照,验证异常划分结果是合理可靠的。
The No.12 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a coal and gas outburst mine.There have been 27 outburst accidents since the construction of the mine.In order to strengthen the disaster warning management,the factors affecting the gas,structure,coal seam occurrence and stress of its 15-31020 working face was analyzed,the multivariate information warning analysis map was also designed and drawn to guide the working face,delimited the abnormal area.According to the strengthening measures of the multi information early warning analysis chart,the comprehensive and accurate prediction of the construction area was carried out,the key points of gas management were determined,the safety factor was improved,and the safety production was guided.Finally,by comparing the abnormal information and the warning analysis map during the excavation of theⅥ15-31020 lanes,the result of the abnormal classification was verified to be reasonable and reliable.
