摘要
根据庞庞塔煤矿9-301综放面大倾角松软特厚煤层放顶煤开采技术现状,采用数值模拟和现场实测方式,分析煤层倾角、放煤步距和放煤方式等因素对放顶煤回采率的影响,并提出合理的放煤工艺。通过现场试验得出:综放面每循环回采率由85.2%提高至89.8%,经济效益显著。
Combined with the current situation of caving mining technology in soft and thick seam with large dip angle on 9-301 fully-mechanized caving face in Pangpangta Mine,using numerical simulation and field measurement method,the paper analyzed the influence of coal seam dip angle,caving step distance and caving method on the caving recovery rate,and put forward a reasonable caving technology.The field test showed that the recovery rate of each cycle in fully-mechanized top coal caving face is increased from 85.2%to 89.8%,and remarkable economic benefits were obtained.
