深部煤层综采工作面矿压显现规律研究 被引量:7

摘要 为掌握深部煤层综采面开采矿压显现特征,结合王楼煤矿27307综采工作面的地质和开采技术条件,通过实时在线监测矿压的方法,对综采工作面及两巷的矿压显现规律进行细致研究。根据工作面实时监测系统数据分析得出,本工作面顶板初次来压显现较为明显,来压步距的范围为34.7~43.2 m,周期来压步距变化范围为13.4~22.9 m,且在工作面不同测区呈现中间大、两端小的来压强度特点;工作面周期来压期间支架平均初撑力3 070 kN,循环末阻力平均5 465 kN,且支架初撑力整体利用率偏低,支架工作阻力可满足工作面的支护要求;同时根据巷道移近量及移近速度变化曲线可以发现,距离工作面20 m的范围内围岩顶板的变形量较严重,应加强该区域两巷顶板的支护强度。 In order to master the characteristics of ground pressure behavior of fully-mechanized working face in deep coal seam, combined with the geological and mining technical conditions of 27307 fully-mechanized working face in Wanglou Coal Mine, through the method of real-time on-line monitoring of mine pressure, the strata pressure behavior law of fully-mechanized working face and two roadwayswere studied in detail. According to the data analysis of the real-time monitoring system of the working face, the first weighting behavior of the roof is obvious. The range of weighting step distance is 34. 7 ~ 43. 2 m, and the variation range of periodic weighting step distance is 13. 4 ~ 22. 9 m, and the weighting strength characteristics of large in the middle and small at both ends in different measuring areas of working face;the average initial support force of support is 3 070 kN,and the average end cycle resistance is 5 465 kN, and the overall utilization rate of initial support force is low,and the working resistance of support can meet the supporting requirements of working face At the same time, it can be found that the deformation of surrounding rock roof is serious within the range of 20 m away from the working face according to the change curve of roadway approaching amount and moving speed, so the supporting strength of two roadway roof in this area should be strengthened.
