摘要
水害是矿井生产的五大灾害之一。华北型石炭二叠纪煤田的煤系基底为奥陶系灰岩,岩溶发育,富水性强,严重威胁煤系底部煤层的安全开采,目前疏水降压和注浆治理为较有效的水害治理手段。针对黄河北煤田邱集煤矿11煤顶板四五灰、底板徐灰及奥灰含水层水难以疏降的治理难题,本文介绍一种多分支定向钻孔精准控域注浆关键技术,把顶板四五灰、底板徐灰含水层改造成弱含水层或隔水层,成功揭露了11煤,实现11煤巷道安全掘进和开采。
Water disaster is one of the five major disasters in coal mine production. The North China type coal measures basement in Carboniferous Permian of Ordovician limestone, karst water rich, strong, which has seriously threaten to coal mining safety of floor seam. the hydrophobic buck and grouting treatment for better water treatment. According to the north the Yellow River coalfield in Qiuji Coal Mine At present, drainage pressure reduction and grouting treatment are more effective means of water disaster control.It is difficult to drain the water from the four-five ash aquifer and floor Xujiazhuang limestone and Ordovician limestone of No.11 Coal Seam in Qiuji Coal Mine, North Yellow River coalfield, this paper introduced a key technology of multi branch directional drilling precise control area grouting, which transforms the roof four five ash aquifer and floor Xujiazhuang limestone aquifer into weak aquifer or aquiclude, and successfully exposes 11 coal seams,and has realized the safe driving and mining of No.11 Coal roadway.
