摘要
采煤工作面端头顶板压力大小及其稳定性直接关系到工作面的两个安全出口是否安全可靠。水峪煤矿61106工作面机头、机尾两端头采用两对成走向布置的迈步式π型梁(4.4 m)配合带帽点柱维护顶板,预先悬挂好创新改造好的迈步梁移设装置,不仅可以大幅减少职工的劳动强度,遏制π型梁伤人的事故,还能提高工作效率,最终确保工作面的安全生产。
the pressure and stability of the headboard at the end of the working face are directly related to the safety and reliability of the two safety exits of the working face. Two pairs of π beam(4. 4 m) with cap point column were used to maintain the roof of 61106 working face in Shuiyu Coal Mine. The innovative and reformed moving device of π beam is hung in advance, which can not only greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and prevent the accidents of π beam hurting people, but also improve the working efficiency and ultimately ensure the safe production of the working face.
