摘要
分析煤矿短信发送报警信息的必要性和优势,阐述短信报警的主要业务流程,采用分层架构设计方法,研发了基于.NET Framework框架的煤矿短信报警管理系统。系统由数据层、逻辑处理层和表示层组成,采用C/S发送端和B/S配置管理端相结合的分布式部署方式,有联系人管理、报警事件管理、短信模板管理、短信发送与记录管理、日志与用户权限管理等功能模块构成。实际应用表明,系统扩大了监控数据的传播范围,提高了监控数据传播时效性,有利于及时发现和处理煤矿事故隐患,具有一定的推广应用价值。
This paper analyzed the necessity and advantages of SMS alert in coal mine, described the main business process of SMS alert in coal mine, and adopted the design concept of layered architecture to develop a mine SMS alert management system based on.NET Framework. The system consists of data layer, logical processing layer, and presentation layer. It adopts the distributed deployment mode of the C/S sender client and B/S configuration management client. It has function modules such as contact management, alarm event management, SMS template management, SMS sending and record management, log and user authority management, etc. The practical application showed that the system expands the transmission range and timeliness of safety monitoring data,and is conducive to the timely detection and treatment of coal mine accident potential information, and has certain promotion and application value.
