彝医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的特色探析

The Discussion on the Features of Yi Medicine in Treating Acute Gout Arthritis

通过对彝医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎有关的学术文献与名老彝医临床诊治经验进行系统整理与研究后发现,遵循彝医特有的清浊二气学说、五行六路学说、毒邪学说等理论的指导,采用彝医望闻问摸的诊察方法,辨病与彝医算病相结合,对患者进行彝医辨证,根据彝医证型采用彝大追风汤与道地彝医药材施治是彝医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的主要经验与特点。

This article systematically collates and studies the academic literature related to Yi medicine and the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of famous old Yi doctors,and finds that it follows the guidance of the theory of Qingzhuoqi,the theory of five elements and six routes,and the theory of poisonous evil spirits that are unique to Yi doctors.The method of diagnosis and examination of inspection,olfactory,consultation and palpation,with the combination of disease identification and Yi medicine predicting disease were used to distinguish the disease.The main experience and characteristics of Yi medicine in the treatment of acute gout arthritis are the application of Yi Dazhuifeng decoction(彝大追风汤)and geoherbs of Yi Medicine according to Yi medical certificate type and the local Yi medicine prescription.
