项颗辨治不寐学术思想及用药规律研究

Study on the Academic Thought and the Medication Rules of Professor XIANG Ke for Treating Insomnia

目的:通过回顾分析项颗治疗不寐的门诊处方,探寻项颗辨治不寐的用药规律。方法:收集整理项颗2015-2017年治疗不寐的门诊处方,利用中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),运用软件集成的规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等方法对数据进行分析处理,分析处方中常用药物使用频数、药物核心组合及组合规律。结果:通过筛选共纳入处方257首,涉及中药149味,使用频数≥150的中药10味,挖掘核心组合25个,通过运用无监督熵层次聚类算法确定新处方7首。结论:项颗治疗不寐喜用甘平、辛温、酸涩药物,善用法半夏、酸枣仁、夏枯草、夜交藤、茯神、五味子、远志、栀子、合欢花、熟地黄等药物,治疗以安神为要,注重调补心肾,引阳入阴,心脑同治,使阴阳调和,气血相济,则神安可寐。

Objective:By reviewing and analyzing the outpatient prescription of Professor XIANG Ke in the treatment of insomnia,this paper explores medication rule in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:The author collected the outpatient prescriptions for treating insomnia by Professor XIANG Ke during 2015 to 2017,using The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),and the rules for software integration analysis,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierar-chical cluster algorithm to analysis and process data,and to analysis the frequency of commonly used drugs in the prescriptions,drug core portfolio and combination rule.Results:A total of 257 prescriptions were selected,involving 149 traditional Chinese medicines,10 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency≥150 were used,25 core combinations were excavated,and 7 new prescriptions were determined by using unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Conclusion:Professor XIANG Ke likes to use drugs with sweet and mild,pungent and warm,sour and astringent in the treatment of insomnia.He is good at using Fabanxia(Pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum),Suanzaoren(ziziphi spinosae semen),Xiagucao(pruneliae spica),Yejiaoteng(polygoni multiflori caulis),Fushen(poria cum ligno hospite),Wuweizi(schisandrae chinensis fructus),Yuanzhi(polygalae radix),Zhizi(gardeniae fructus),Hehuanhua(albiziae flos)and Shudihuang(rehmanniae radix praeparata),etc.The treatment of insomnia should focus on regulating and tonifying the heart and kidney,leading Yang into Yin,treating heart and brain together,harmonizing Yin and Yang,and harmonizing Qi and blood.
