某校高中教师非特异性下腰痛调查及危险因素分析

Investigation and analysis of risk factors of nonspecific low back pain in teachers from a high school

目的调查某校高中教师非特异性下腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)发生情况并进行危险因素分析。方法本研究对象为2017年1月~2018年1月某高级中学于本院体检的20名教师,依据NLBP发生情况,设为NLBP组与正常组。调查两组性别、年龄、生活、工作方式等,经单因素分析、Logistic回归分析调查高中教师NLBP发生的独立危险因素。结果420份问卷中有效387份,有效率92.14%;387名高中学校教师发生NLBP 80例,发生率20.67%。NLBP组与正常组上课方式、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、吸烟、工龄、每周课时、运动情况、年龄、上下班通勤方式、每天批阅作业时间等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间性别、婚姻、教学科目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,坐位上课(OR=2.564)、BMI>28 kg/m ^2(OR=3.654)、工作年限>10年(OR=3.032,)、吸烟(OR=2.669)、每周>30课时(OR=3.217)、不运动(OR=2.435)是高中教师发生NLBP的独立危险因素。结论高中教师NLBP发生率较高,坐位上课、BMI>28 kg/m^ 2、工作年限>10年、吸烟、每周>30课时、不运动均是其独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)in teachers from a high school and analyze the risk factors.Methods A total of 4 teachers from a high school who were examined physically from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were set as the subjectslected in this study.They were set asdivided into the NLBP group and the normal group.Gender,age,life,working methods,etc.were investigated,and the independent risk factors of high school teachers happening with NLBP were investigated by single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results Of 420 questionnaires,387 questionnaires were valid,the questionnaire efficiency was 92.14%.Among 387 high school teachers,there were 80 cases with NLBP,the incidence rate was 20.67%.The class method,body mass index(BMI),smoking,working age,weekly class hours,exercise status,age,commuting mode and daily review time had statistically significant differences between NLBP group and normal group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,marriage and teaching subjects between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the sitting class(OR=2.564),BMI>28 kg/m^ 2(OR=3.654),working years>10 years(OR=3.032),smoking(OR=2.669),>30 lessons per week(OR=3.217),no exercise(OR=2.435)were the independent risk factors of NLBP in high school teachers.Conclusion High school teachers have a high incidence of NLBP.Sitting in class,BMI>28 kg/m^ 2,working years>10 years,smoking,weekly>30 hours and no exercise are independent risk factors.
