摘要
针对军用航空蓄电池充放电的维护需求,设计了一款可对充放电过程进行全自动监测的系统。重点介绍了该监测系统的设计方案,阐述了监测系统设计中的关键技术。该系统基于单片机开发技术,能够实现快速、准确地测量各型军用航空蓄电池的充放电数据,并以此为根据进行充放电过程中参数的监测与预测,以及事故预警。该系统操作简单,自动化程度高,可替代传统的人工充放电方式,有着广泛的应用前景。
According to the maintenance requirements of military aviation battery charge and discharge,a full automatic monitoring system for charge and discharge process is designed.This paper mainly introduces the design scheme of the monitoring system,and expounds the key technologies in the design of the monitoring system.The system is based on the development technology of single chip microcomputer,which can quickly and accurately measure the charge and discharge data of various military aviation batteries.Based on this,the monitoring,prediction and early warning of various tasks in the process of charging and discharging are carried out.The system has the advantages of simple operation and high degree of automation.It can replace the traditional manual charging and discharging mode and has a wide application prospect.
