High Gain DC-DC Converter Operating in Four-phase Staggered Parallel Connection

摘要 为改进传统的高增益升压变换器出存在的诸多问题,提出了在四相交错并联工作的高增益DC-DC变换器及其控制方法。对其调制策略、工作原理及多项性能特点进行了详细分析,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,该变换器通过隔直电容分压,降低了开关管和二极管的电压应力;电感电流频率与开关频率为整数倍的关系,且可在不采用任何额外电路的情况下实现交错相位的均流功能;具备很好的可扩展性,可通过增加或减少开关管与Boost回路地数量来调节升压范围。 In order to improve the problems existing in the traditional high gain boost converter,a high gain DC-DC converter operating in four phase staggerd parallel connection and its control method are proposed.The modulation strategy,working principle and several performance characteristics of the converter are analyzed in detail,and the experimental research is carried out.The results show that the voltage stress of the switching tube and the diode is reduced by the DC blocking capacitor voltage division.The relationship between the inductor current frequency and the switching frequency is an integer multiple,and the current sharing function of the interleaved phase can be realized without using any additional circuit.It has good scalability,and can adjust the boost range by increasing or decreasing the number of switching tube and BOOST loop ground.
