勘察设计企业高新技术管理创新的几点思考

该文对设计院在落实高新技术企业税收优惠政策、申请高新技术企业认定,从实施背景、主要做法、实施效果三个方面进行了阐述,着重从加强组织领导、完善创新管理制度体系、促进科研成果转化、加强知识产权保护等方面进行创新管理活动,从而促进勘察设计企业的转型升级,提升勘察设计产品(服务)的核心竞争力,培养实用型和创新型人才,企业信用体系建设得到提升,取得良好的经济效益。

In view of the design institute in the implementation of new and high technology enterprises preferential tax policies,apply for the recognition of hi-tech enterprises,this paper are expounded three aspects of the implementation of the background,main methods and effect.Emphatically from strengthen organization and leadership,perfect the system of innovation management system,promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,strengthening intellectual property protection for innovation management activities,so as to promote transformation and upgrading of survey and design enterprises,and enhance the core competitiveness of survey and design product(service),train practical and creative talents,improve the enterprise credit system construction,obtains the good economic benefit.
