有机蒸气过滤件防护时间测试方法的探讨

The Discussion on the Test Method of Service Life of the Organic Vapor Cartridge

摘要 本文基于国家标准GB 2890—2009围绕有机过滤件的防护时间检测方法进行了深入的探讨。对比重量法和仪器法在防护时间测试中的差异;以乙醇、环己烷替代苯有机蒸气的防护时间和穿透曲线,提出环己烷是更加合适的测试介质;研究了有机过滤件对环己烷和苯在不同测试介质浓度与防护时间的关系. Based on the GB 2890—2009,this paper discussed the test method in of the service life of the organic cartridge。The difference of the weight method and instrument method was compared。The service life and breakthrough curves of ethanol and cyclohexane were tested,cyclohexane were proved to be more suitable challenge gas for the test。The relationship between the concentration and service life of the cyclohexane and benzene were also be discussed.
