关于安全带使用过程中安全绳有效长度的探讨

The Discussion of the Effective Length of the Lanyard in the Process of Using Personal Fall Protection System

安全绳是安全带最为常用的辅助设备之一,尤其是在坠落悬挂安全带中,经常与缓冲器一起使用,起到坠落缓冲的作用。安全绳的有效长度越长,发生坠落时造成的冲击力就越大,而关于安全绳有效长度的计算,在生产和使用过程中存在着一些偏差本文从安全带和安全绳的结构特点、国内外的标准体系、生产和使用的实际情况等几个方面出发,探讨安全绳的有效长度问题,给出了有效长度的计算方法。

The lanyard is the most frequently-used equipmet of the personal fall protection system,often used together with the energy absorber in the fall arrest system.When fall happens,the longer of the lanyard, the greater of the impact force.But there are something difference about the effective length of the lanyard in the calculation method.This paper discusses the effective length of the lanyard from the several aspects include the structural characteristic of the lanyard、the standard system at home and abroad and the actual situation in production and use,and the calculation method of the effective length of the lanyard is given.
