摘要
本文搜集并整理了自20世纪70年代以来国外对颈部损伤情况先后采用的8种损伤判据,即Mertz判据;KnoxBox判据;Nij判据;颈部拉伸损伤判据;Beam判据;美国海军NIC判据;FAA侧向飞机座椅颈部损伤判据以及多轴颈部损伤判据(MANIC),对国外颈部损伤判据的发展历程和现状进行了详细阐释:,本文侧重介绍了适用航空弹射环境的多轴颈部损伤判据(MANIC).相较其他判据,MANIC判据的不同之处在于,不仅可以定量计算出对应的损伤概率,而且可以将假人弹射试验的结果通过转换函数应用于真人飞行员的损伤评估.
This paper presents an overview of 8 types of neck injury criteria that exist today in various fields of application. This paper mainly focuses on the aviation-specific, ejection neck injury criteria called MANIC developed by Jeffrey Charles Parr from the United States Air Force Academy. By using the risk functions of MANIC, the probability of AIS 2+ or AlS3+ injury can be clearly defined to aid design and test of escape systems incorporating helmet mounted displays. By using the transfer functions between human and ATD MANIC responses, the results of ATD ejection testing can be used to evaluate human injury.
