铁-铜双金属还原去除水中硝酸盐研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对工业废水中硝酸盐含量较高,去除困难且成本较高等问题,采用工业废料铁刨花为原料,制备了Fe-Cu双金属材料,用以去除废水中的硝酸盐﹐考察反应时间、pH、Fe-Cu双金属的投加量等因素对硝酸盐去除率的影响,并探讨还原反应路径与反应机理,结果表明,当双金属投加量为40g/L,相同的反应时间内,对硝酸盐的去除率最高,为36.22%、在酸性条件下,反应120 min后,可以将溶液中大部分的硝酸盐去除;而在碱性条件下,硝酸盐去除效果较差。500 mL初始N的质量浓度为50 mg/L的NaNO3溶液,在硝酸盐去除的过程中有亚硝酸盐和氨氮等产物的生成,NO2^--N、NH4^+-N的质量浓度分别为0.5、2.5 mg/L,最终生成的氮气为3.6 mg. Aimed at the problems of high nitrate content,removal difficult and high cost of industrial wastewater,the industrial waste iron shavings as raw material,the Fe/Cu bimetal material was prepared to remove the nitrate in the wastewater,and the effect of reaction time,p H,Fe/Cu bimetal dosage on nitrate removal rate was researched,and the reduction reaction path and mechanism was discussed.The results showed that,when the bimetal dosage was 10 g/L and the reaction time remained unchanged,the removal rate of nitrate reached the highest of 36.22%.Under acidic conditions,after 120 min of reaction,bimetal could remove most of the nitrate in the solution,while under alkaline conditions,the removal effect of nitrate was poor.For the 500 mL of NaNO3solution with N mass concentration of 50 mg/L,nitrite and ammonia nitrogen and other byproducts were generated during the nitrate removal process.The mass concentration of NO2--N and NH4+-N was 0.5 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L respectively,and the final generated nitrogen was 3.6 mg.
