城市活力与建成环境“3D”特征的关系研究——以武汉市为例 被引量:15

摘要 为了应对城市快速发展带来的一系列社会经济问题,城市发展亟需从增量扩张转变为存量挖潜以推动城市内部产业升级、空间重构、质量提升。城市活力作为城市发展动力与潜力的综合表征其与城市建成环境间有着密切的联系。利用珞珈一号夜光遥感数据综合反映武汉市城市活力的空间分布特征,利用POI及土地利用现状数据等从密度(density)、多样性(diversity)以及设计(design)3个维度刻画武汉市建成环境特征,并利用线性回归和空间回归模型探究城市活力与建成环境"3D"特征间的内在关系。研究结果表明城市活力与建成环境"3D"特征间存在显著的空间关系,通过提高城市设施密度和用地混合度,增强空间设计合理程度以及优化公共设施分布将有助于提高城市活力。最后,从提升城市空间多元化和促进内部交互的角度对城市发展和规划提出了具体的建议。 In order to cope with a series of social and economic problems brought by the rapid development of the city,urban development needs to change from incremental expansion to stock revitalizing to promote industrial upgrading,spatial reconstruction and quality improvement within the city.As a comprehensive representation of urban development dynamics and potential,urban vitality is closely related to the urban built environment.This paper uses the nighttime light remote sensing data from Luojia-IA satellite to comprehensively reflect the spatial distribution characteristics of urban vitality in Wuhan,and uses the POI and land use status data to characterize the built environment from three dimensions:density,diversity and design.Linear regression and spatial regression models arc employed to explore the intrinsic relationship between urban vitality and“3D”.The results show that there is a significant spatial relationship between urban vitality and the“3D”characteristics of the built environment.By increasing the density of urban facilities and the mix of land use.enhancing the rationality of space design and optimizing the distribution of public facilities w ill help to improve urban vitality.Finally,specific suggestions for urban development and planning arc made from the perspective of improving urban space diversity and promoting internal interaction.
