绿色建筑技术在既有建筑改造中的应用研究

Application of Green Building Technology in the Transformation of Existing Buildings

为了适应资源节约型社会发展的要求,既有建筑需要通过绿色技术改造来降低建筑耗能。文章对绿色建筑相关技术进行探讨,提出绿色建筑技术改造策略,并在实际工程中实施应用,通过软件模拟和实际测量获取改造项目相关评估数据并进行分析。结果表明:既有建筑通过适当的绿色建筑技术改造能有效降低建筑能耗,减少建筑运行成本,使建筑在全生命周期内达到绿色节能的目标,同时提高建筑使用者舒适度,满足人民对更高生活质量的需求。

In order to impel the development of resource-saving society,the existing buildings need to be transformed by green technology to reduce energy consumption.This paper discusses the technology related to green building,puts forward the strategy of green building technology transformation,implements the application in the actual project,and analyses the data obtained from software simulation and field measurement.The results show that,through the appropriate green building technology transformation,the existing buildings can effectively reduce the energy consumption,lower the operation cost,achieve the goal of green energy-saving in the whole life cycle,improve the comfort of building users and meet the people's growing needs for a better life.
