中医定向透药联合护理干预对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响观察

Observation on the effect of combined nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine on nerve function of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察中医定向透药联合护理干预应用于急性脑梗死治疗中对患者神经功能的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月—2020年2月收治的62例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组给予西医常规治疗及神经内科常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医定向透药疗法联合护理干预,疗程均为2周。观察比较2组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)指数评分以及临床效果。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者的NIHSS评分均显著降低、BI评分均显著升高,且观察组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组、BI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药联合护理干预能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能,提高生活自理能力和临床疗效,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of combined nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)directed penetration on neurologic function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study object.According to the time sequence of admission,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine and routine nursing plan of Neurology.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed transdermal therapy combined with nursing intervention.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.The NIHSS score,Barthel(BI)index score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score and Bi index of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05)and higher(P<0.05)after treatment,and the NIHSS score and Bi index of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05)and higher(P<0.05)than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing intervention can significantly improve the neurologic function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve the clinical efficacy,and have the clinical promotion value.
