全程无缝隙护理在腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术中的应用效果

Application effect of whole course seamless nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理在腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年9月—2019年10月收治的腹股沟疝患儿70例,随机分为2组。对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组实施全程无缝隙护理,对比2组患儿家属SAS评分、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果护理后对照组家属SAS评分为(58.9±8.4)分,观察组为(50.3±6.4)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为25.71%,观察组为5.71%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术中采用全程无缝隙护理,能够减轻患儿家属焦虑情绪,降低并发症发生概率,提高护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac.Methods 70 children with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received seamless nursing.The SAS scores,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results in SAS score,the control group was(58.9±8.4)and the observation group was(50.3±6.4),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 25.71%in the control group and 5.71%in the observation group.Among the children's family satisfaction comparison,the satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the control group 74.29%,and the data contrast was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac can reduce anxiety,reduce the probability of complications and improve the satisfaction of family members.
