无保护会阴分娩联合侧卧位与常规平卧位分娩的有效性和安全性对比

Comparison of effectiveness and safety of unprotected perineum delivery combined with lateral position and conventional supine

目的对比无保护会阴分娩联合侧卧位与常规平卧位分娩的有效性和安全性。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月于我院进行分娩的产妇94例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例)。对照组采用传统平卧联合保护会阴法分娩,观察组采用无保护会阴联合侧卧位法分娩,比较2组产妇会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率,产后24 h、48 h疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,产妇满意度。结果观察组会阴裂伤率,会阴侧切率,产后24 h、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,产妇满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无保护会阴分娩联合侧卧位能有效降低产后会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率,减轻产后疼痛,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of unprotected perineum delivery combined with lateral position and conventional supine position delivery.Methods 94 pregnant women with delivery in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group(47 cases)and control group(47 cases)according to random number table.Control group was given conventional supine position combined with protected perineum delivery,and observation group was given unprotected perineum combined with lateral position delivery.The perineal laceration rate,lateral episiotomy rate,postpartum 24h and 48h visual analogue scale(VAS),and postpartum satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The perineal laceration rate,lateral episiotomy rate,postpartum 24h and 48h VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the postpartum satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Unprotected perineum delivery combined with lateral position can decrease postpartum perineal laceration rate and lateral episiotomy rate,reduce postpartum pain,and increase postpartum satisfaction.
