Technical Design of Intelligent Safety Helmet

摘要 在建筑、道路、桥梁、冶金等工程中,安全帽是最为普遍的劳动保护用具。因此设计一种新型智能安全帽,这种安全帽由外部新型树脂外壳层,气囊填充层,内部塑料内壳层组成。增加报警装置和射频芯片,实现联动报警和自动考勤定位功能。一旦智能安全帽外壳层受到重物撞击,橡胶弹簧反弹,使得外壳层有向上反弹的趋势,达到缓冲减震的目的。同时位于智能安全帽上的报警装置会发出声光报警并向监管部门呼救,使得救援行动能快速展开,救援时可根据智能安全帽上的射频芯片进行定位搜救,提高救援效率。在撞击前,外壳层与内壳层均处于稳定状态,不会轻易移动。分析表明,智能安全帽所设计的尺寸均符合人机工程学原理,能够满足人们的劳动需求。 Helmets are essential and most common labor protection utensils in construction, roads, bridges, metallurgy and other projects. So that a new type of intelligent helmet is designed, which is composed of an external new type of resin shell layer, an intermediate airbag filling layer and an internal plastic inner shell layer. Increase alarm device and RF chip, realize linkage alarm and automatic attendance location function. Once the Intelligent Helmet shell layer is hit by a heavy object, the airbag filling layer will swell, causing the shell layer to rebound upward trend, to achieve the purpose of cushioning damping. At the same time, the alarm device located on the smart helmet will emit sound and light alarm and call the supervision Department for help, so that the rescue operation can be carried out quickly, rescue can be based on the intelligent helmet on the RF chip positioning search and rescue, improve the efficiency of rescue. Before impact, both the housing layer and the inner shell are in a stable state and do not move easily. The analysis shows that the dimensions designed by the intelligent helmet are in line with the ergonomic principle and can meet people’s labor needs.
