摘要
提出了1种基于UWB的矿井机车测速系统设计方案。介绍了系统的总体架构,针对矿井一维线性空间,读卡器采用基于TOA测量方法的双射频模块设计,同时设置测距模块与监听模块以实现对机车的精确定位和方向识别,单次测距时间短,分析了基于无线定位的机车测速原理,详细介绍了读卡器和车载卡的硬件、软件设计,试验结果表明机车测速误差控制在2%以内,满足现场测速应用。
A design scheme for mine locomotive speed measurement system based on UWB was proposed.The overall architecture of the system is introduced.Aiming at the one-dimensional linear space of the mine,the card reader adopts the dual radio frequency module design based on TOA measurement method.At the same time,a ranging module and a monitoring module are set to achieve accurate positioning and direction identification of the locomotive.The single ranging time is short.The principle of locomotive speed measurement based on wireless positioning is analyzed,and the hardware and software design of card reader and car card are introduced in detail.The test results show that the error of locomotive speed measurement is controlled within 2%,which meets the field speed measurement application.
