摘要
顶岗实习是学生职业能力培养的关键教学环节。为了解顶岗实习中实行"校企联合导师制"的现状,笔者通过问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0对数据进行分析,指出了"校企联合导师制"指导顶岗实习的必要性,分析了在指导过程中存在的问题,以期为今后的"校企联合导师制"在指导学生顶岗实习过程中的应用提供参考。
Post practice is the key teaching link of students’ vocational ability cultivation. To understand the current situation of the implementation of "school-enterprise joint tutorial system" in post practice, through questionnaire survey, using SPSS19.0 to analyze data, the auther points out the necessity and analyzes problems in the process of guidance, in order to provide reference for the future "school-enterprise joint tutorial system" in the guidance of students’ post practice.
