产教深度融合视阈下高职实训平台建设实践研究——以烹饪综合实训平台为例

Practical Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Training Platform from the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry and Education——Taking the Comprehensive Cooking Training Platform as an Example

文章在阐述产教深度融合实训平台建设意义的基础上,以南京旅游职业学院产教深度融合烹饪实训平台为例,介绍了建设经验:打造智能远程化、创新创业化、情境实景化、绿色生态化、视野国际化"5化"实训平台,丰富校企双元同育人、同创新、同研发、同服务、同发展"5同"内涵,并介绍了实训平台的建设成果经验,对后续发展进行了思考与展望。

On the basis of expounding the construction significance of training platform with the deep integration of industry and education, taking the training platform of deep integration of industry and education in Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality as an example, this paper introduces the construction experience to create the training platforms with the following 5 characteristics:intelligent remote, innovative entrepreneurship, real life situation, green ecology, the internationalization of vision, to enrich "5"connotations:school-enterprise dual education, innovation, research,service and development, and introduces the construction achievements experience of training platform.The following development is considered and prospected.
