新型冠状病毒感染危机中的医学教育反思——论高等医学院校基层医疗人才的培养

Reflection on medical education amid COVID-19 Infection Crisis——talents cultivation for primary care services in medical colleges

在新冠病毒疫情防控中,基层医疗队伍发挥了遏制疫情扩散的"健康守门人"作用,但也暴露出人力资源配置不足、队伍学历结构失衡、能力素质薄弱等问题。文章在对高等医学院校基层医疗人才培养存在问题进行剖析的基础上,提出了相应解决对策,以期为基层医疗人才培养提供参考。

In the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pandemic, the primary care services has played a role of "healthy gatekeeper" to curb the spread of the pandemic, but also exposed problems such as insufficient allocation of human resources, unbalanced academic structure of the team, and weak ability and quality. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the training of medical talents at the primary care level in medical colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions, in order to provide reference for the training of medical talents at the primary care level.
