岗位需求引导的“以考带学”模式在新冠肺炎疫情下眼科防疫培训中的效果 被引量:1

摘要 COVID-19疫情暴发,医务人员投入抗疫战斗时面临巨大的感染风险,院内感染防控工作十分紧迫。高质量、高效率培训是应急反应重要的组成部分,如何使医务人员在最短时间最牢固掌握防疫知识,提高疫情期岗位胜任力成为工作重点。眼科医护人员摸索整理出一套保质高效的培训模式,突出岗位需求引导及"以考带教"特点,收到良好成效。 With the outbreak of COVID-19, medical staff are faced with a huge risk of infection when they put into the fight against the epidemic, so the prevention and control of nosocomial infection is very urgent. High quality and high efficiency training is an important part of emergency response. How to make medical staff grasp the knowledge of epidemic prevention in the shortest time and improve the post competency in epidemic period has become the focus of work. A set of high-quality and efficient training mode has been developed for ophthalmology, which highlights the characteristics of job demand guidance and "learning by examins", and has achieved good results.
