摘要
目的:了解分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对护生的职业态度的影响。方法:通过整群抽样的方法选取872名护生为研究对象,对其进行网络调查。结果:疫情对大多数学生的专业认识、学习兴趣及职业态度产生了积极影响;男护生职业态度得分明显低于女护生。结论:新冠肺炎疫情对护生职业态度产生了积极的影响,护理教育者可充分利用疫情素材增强其职业态度的稳定性,同时通过个性化培养注重男护生的职业态度。
Objective: To understand and analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the professional attitude of nursing students. Methods: A total of 872 nursing students were selected by cluster sampling and investigated by questionnaire. Results: The pandemic situation had a positive effect on most students’ professional knowledge, learning interest and professional attitude, and male nursing students’ professional attitude score was significantly lower than female nursing students. Conclusion: The pandemic has a positive influence on the professional attitude of nursing students. The nursing educators can make full use of the pandemic materials to enhance the stability of their professional attitude.
