摘要
目的:探讨医学生不同性别角色对职业兴趣及择业效能感的影响。方法:对178名医学大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)不同性别角色类型的医学生在职业兴趣上存在差异,双性化职业总分显著高于其他角色类型;(2)不同性别角色类型的医学生在择业效能感上存在差异,双性化择业效能感总分显著高于其他角色类型。结论:性别角色中双性化医学生持有更强的职业兴趣和择业效能感。
Object: To explore the influence of different gender roles on medical students’ career interest and career choice efficacy. Methods: A total of 178 medical college students were surveyed with the Gender Role Scale, Professional Interest Scale and Career Selection Efficiency Scale. Results:(1)The distribution of gender role types among college students was as follows: androgyny(43.5%), undifferentiated(39.8%), masculinity(8.9%) and feminization(7.8%);(2)Medical students with different gender roles have different professional interests(F =15.99, P<0.01). The total score of androgynous occupations is(118.68±22.06), which is significantly higher than other role types;(3)Medical students with different gender role types have different job-selection efficacy(F=20.86,P<0.001). The total score of androgynous job-selection efficacy is 83.48±14.70), which is also significantly higher than other role types. Conclusion: Androgynous medical students in gender roles have stronger professional interest and career choice efficacy.
