微课结合翻转课堂在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用研究

Using micro classes combined with flipped classroom in obstetrics and gynecology preceptorship

目的:探讨微课结合翻转课堂在妇产科临床见习教学中的作用。方法:选取西安交通大学医学院2015级临床专业医学生108人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(54人)和对照组(54人),实验组采用微课结合翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过笔试和调查问卷的方式对两组学生教学效果进行分析。结果:实验组测试平均成绩(88.28±3.50)高于对照组(86.93±3.30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生在激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、促进对教学内容的掌握、调动学习积极性和主动性和提高分析解决问题的能力方面满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课结合翻转课堂在妇产科临床见习中取得了很好的教学效果。

Objective: To investigate the role of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom in clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: We selected 108 clinical medical students from the medical school of xi ’an jiaotong university, all the students were randomly divided into experimental group(54) and the control group(54), the experimental group using micro-lecture with flip classroom teaching mode, the control group using the traditional teaching mode, the effect of two groups were compared with a test and questionnaire. Results: The average test score of the experimental group(88.28±3.50) was higher than that of the control group(86.93±3.30),(P﹤0.05). The experimental group had higher satisfaction than the control group in stimulating learning interest, improving learning efficiency, promoting the mastery of teaching content, mobilizing learning enthusiasm and initiative, and improving the ability to analyze and solve problems(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom has achieved good teaching effects in clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
