五种月季品种的抗旱性比较与研究 被引量:2

Comparison and Research on Drought Resistance of Five Rose Varieties

摘要 以5个不同月季品种("金凤凰""热腊""加里娃达""艳丽""爱")的二年生栽培苗为试验材料,采用引种月季盆栽试验,通过PEG-6000模拟干旱法,对5种盆栽月季品种进行7种浓度的PEG-6000处理(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%),进行超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛、电导率、叶绿素指标的分析,以期探索不同引种月季品种对不同干旱处理的响应。结果表明:基于酶活性的指标测定,在相同浓度的PEG-6000处理下,"爱"的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最大,可抗PEG-600010%~15%浓度的干旱环境,且在CAT水平下,最优的处理组合为"加里娃达"在30%处理时;综合丙二醛(MDA)和电导率值的测定,"热腊"在5%~10%时的抗旱能力较强,且最优的处理组合分别为"艳丽"在30%处理和10%处理时;"热腊"在20%处理时可以极显著地提高叶绿素含量,且在叶绿素水平下,最优的处理组合为"爱"在30%处理时;5个品种的抗旱综合排序为"热腊">"爱">"艳丽">"加里娃达">"金凤凰",而且对于这5个品种来说,最优的PEG-6000处理浓度为20%~30%。 The biennial seedlings of five different rose varieties(’Golden Phoenix’’Hot Wax’’Galivada’’Yan Li’’Love’)were used as experimental materials.Five potted rose varieties were treated with PEG-6000 concentrations to simulate drought at seven levels(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%).The indexes of SOD,POD,CAT,electric conductivity,chlorophyll and MDA were analyzed to explore the response of different introduced rose varieties to different drought resistance treatments.The results showed that based on the measurement of the enzyme activity index,under the same concentration of PEG-6000,’Love’catalase(CAT)activity was greater,which could resisted PEG-600010%-15%concentration of drought environment,and at the level of CAT,the optimal treatment combination was’Galivada’at 30%treatment.Combined with the determination of malondialdehyde(MDA)and conductivity values,the’Hot Wax’had a strong drought resistance capacity at 5%-10%,and optimal treatment combination was’Yan Li’at 30%and 10%treatment.’Hot Wax’could significantly increase the chlorophyll content at 20%treatment,and at the chlorophyll level,the optimal treatment combination was’Love’at 30%treatment.According to the comprehensive evaluation result of the membership function,the comprehensive order of drought resistance of five cultivars was’Hot Wax’>’Love’>’Yan Li’>’Galivada’>’Golden Phoenix’,and for these five cultivars,the best optimal PEG-6000 treatment was the concentration ranges from 20%-30%.
