黄鹌菜叶提取液制备纳米银及其对百合切花抗菌作用 被引量:1

Nano-silver Preparation Using Leaf Extracts of Youngia japonica and Its Inhibitory Effects on Growth of Bacteria From Cut Lily Stem-ends

摘要 以黄鹌菜叶提取液作为还原剂进行NS溶液的生物制备,并探究其制备过程中的条件和参数,并就制备获得NS的基本特性和抗菌性能进行了检测。结果表明:1)制备NS溶液的适宜条件为黄鹌菜叶提取液(物料比15 g·L^-1)60 mL、AgNO3(浓度0.005 mol·L^-1)10 mL、反应温度60℃、反应时间40 min;2)所制备NS溶液的紫外-可见光(UV-vis)吸收光谱在425 nm处存在明显的吸收峰;3)制备的NS颗粒大致呈球形,平均粒径为20.0 nm,粒径范围为8.7~49.5 nm;4)抑菌圈试验证实所制备的NS溶液对百合切花茎末端分离细菌的生长具有明显抑制作用。 The conditions and parameters for biological preparation of nano-silver(NS)with Youngia japonica leaf extracts were studied,and its main properties and antimicrobial activity were determined.The results showed that,1)The optimum preparation conditions and parameters were the volumes of leaf extract with the material ratio of 15 g·L^-1 and 0.005 mol·L^-1 AgNO3 solution were 60 mL and 10 mL respectively,and reaction temperature was 60℃ for 40 minutes.2)Compared with Youngia japonica leaf extracts and AgNO3 solution,the prepared NS solution had a remarkable peak at 425 nm in its UV-vis spectrum.3)The prepared NS particles were roughly spherical,with an average particle size of 20.0 nm and a particle size range of 8.7-49.5 nm.4)The antibacterial experiment demonstrated that the prepared NS solution exhibited a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of bacteria isolated from cut lily stem-ends.
