全域视角下红色乡村旅游公共服务系统设计调研分析--以西柏坡为例

Research and Analysis on the Public Service System of Red Rural Tourism from the Perspective of Global Tourism

为了探究全域旅游视角下红色乡村旅游中公共服务系统的现有发展状况以及未来发展方向,文章选取红色乡村旅游典型代表地区--河北省石家庄平山县西柏坡作为研究对象,深入实地进行调查分析,通过对西柏坡地区游客进行问卷调查、与工作人员进行访谈以及作为设计人员亲身体验景区设施现状的方式,对当地现有公共服务系统以及游客体验进行了详细的分析和研究,归纳总结问题并给予相应的解决措施建议,以期红色乡村旅游业更好的发展。

To explore the current development status and future development direction of public service system in red rural tourism from the perspective of global tourism, this paper chooses Xibaipo, a typical representative area of red rural tourism, as the research object. Through a questionnaire survey of tourists in Xibaipo area, interviews with staff and experience the current situation of scenic facilities as a designer. Then I make a detailed analysis and research on the existing local public service system and tourist experience, summarize the problems and give corresponding solutions. This is conducive to the healthy, sustainable and rapid development of red rural tourism.
