早期康复联合中药泡足对膝关节置换术后日常生活能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation combined with foot soaking with traditional Chinese medicine on ADL after knee replacement

目的探究早期康复联合中药泡足对膝关节置换术后(ADL)的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月于某医院行膝关节置换术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组单纯实施早期康复训练干预,观察组在其基础上结合中药泡足干预。比较两组患者膝关节恢复情况及ADL评分。结果观察组干预前美国特种外科膝关节评分表(HSS)评分为(32.16±12.53)分、ADL评分为(41.36±5.22)分,对照组干预前HSS评分为(31.94±12.67)分、ADL评分为(42.06±5.10)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理干预后HSS评分为(83.75±6.42)分、ADL评分为(86.92±6.23)分,均高于对照组的(58.49±6.83)分、(67.49±6.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复联合中药泡足利于促进膝关节置换术后患侧膝关节功能恢复,提高患者日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation combined with foot soaking with traditional Chinese medicine on activities of daily living(ADL) after knee replacement.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty in a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a trial group according to the random number table method with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given the early rehabilitation training intervention alone,and the trial group received the early rehabilitation training intervention combined with foot soaking intervention.The recovery of knee joint and ADL score were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the scores of the hospital for special surgery(HSS)and ADL were(32.16±12.53) and(41.36±5.22) in the trial group respectively,and(31.94±12.67) and(42.06±5.10) in the control group respectively,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of HSS and ADL of the trial group were(83.75±6.42) and(86.92±6.23) respectively,which were higher than those of the control group [(58.49±6.83) and(67.49±6.17),respectively],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of early rehabilitation and foot soaking with traditional Chinese medicine is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function and the improvement of patients’ ability of daily life after knee replacement.
