复方氟米松联合阿维A胶囊对难治性银屑病患者的疗效分析

Effect of compound flumethasone combined with Avi A capsules on skin damage and inflammatory response in patients with refractory psoriasis

目的探究复方氟米松联合阿维A胶囊对难治性银屑病患者的疗效。方法取本院2017年1月-2019年1月80例难治性银屑病患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用复方氟米松治疗,观察组采用复方氟米松联合阿维A胶囊治疗,对比分析两组皮损组织液相关因子水平及炎症反应。结果治疗后,观察组胎盘型钙黏蛋白(Placental calcadin,P-cad)、Trappin-2、中性粒细胞蛋白酶(Neutrophil elastase,NE)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组干扰素(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松联合阿维A胶囊治疗难治性银屑病患者可改善其皮损情况,降低机体炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound flumethasone combined with Avi A capsules on skin damage and inflammatory response in the patients with refractory psoriasis.Methods From January 2017 to January2019,80 patients with refractory psoriasis were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound flumethasone and the trial group was treated with compound flumethasone combined with Avi A capsules.The levels of tissue fluid related factors and inflammatory reactions in the two groups were observed,analyzed and compared.Results After the treatment,the levels of placental cadherin(P-cad) Trappin-2,neutrophil protease(NE) in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).The levels of interferon(INF-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-10(IL-10) in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The compound flumethasone combined with Avi A capsules can improve the skin lesions of the patients with refractory psoriasis,and reduce the inflammatory response of the body.
