围术期系统护理对主动脉夹层手术患者心理状态及并发症的影响

Effect of perioperative systemic nursing on psychological state and complications of patients with aortic dissection

目的研究围术期系统护理对主动脉夹层手术患者心理状态及并发症的影响。方法将2017年5月-2019年5月于某医院行主动脉夹层手术患者70例,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施围术期系统护理。对比分析两组患者心理状态及并发症发生情况。研究两组患者的护理满意度。结果干预20 d后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,总满意率(97.14%)高于对照组(80.00%),(P值均<0.05)。并发症总发生率观察组为5.71%,对照组为22.86%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论主动脉夹层手术患者使用围术期系统护理,能够显著消除患者负面心理,提高护理满意度,利于建立良好医患关系,保障护理质量及预后改善。

Objective To study the effect of perioperative systemic nursing on psychological state and complications of patients with aortic dissection.Methods A total of 70 patients with aortic dissection in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into a control group and a trial group according to the random number table method.The control group received the routine care,and the trial group was implemented by the perioperative system nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The psychological state and complications of two groups were investigated and compared.The nursing satisfaction of two groups "was also investigated and compared.Results After 20 days of the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of the trial group were lower than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate(97.14%) was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the trial group was 5.71%,which was slightly lower than that of the control group(22.86%),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The perioperative systemic nursing of the patients with aortic dissection can significantly eliminate the negative psychology of the patients,improve the nursing satisfaction,facilitate the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship,and ensure the care quality and improvement of prognosis.
