摘要 ABS树脂冲击性能测试标准主要采用ASTM D256和ISO 180,对应测试样条的尺寸差异较大,不同测试标准和测试条件下得到的试验结果往往没有可比性。通过对比ASTM、ISO两种标准下ABS树脂的冲击性能,研究不同注塑工艺对测试结果的影响,确定影响产品冲击性能表征的关键因素。结果表明:ASTM标准下的1/4″样条的冲击强度和ISO标准下的样条的冲击强度接近,ASTM标准下的1/8″样条的冲击强度测试值大于前两者;不同注射温度、注射速度和注射压力对ABS冲击强度测试值影响显著,并且不同牌号ABS树脂对上述工艺参数的敏感度不同。 ASTM D256 and ISO180 are main ABS resin impact test standards, and the size of the corresponding test sample varies greatly. The test results obtained under different test standards and conditions are often not comparable. The impact performance of ABS resin under ASTM and ISO standards was compared, and the influence of different injection molding processes on the test results was evaluated to identify the key factors affecting the impact performance of the products. The results show that the impact strength of the 1/4″ test sample under the ASTM standard is close to that gained under the ISO standard, and the impact strength of the 1/8″ test sample under the ASTM standard is higher than the former two. The injection temperature, injection speed and injection pressure significantly affect the ABS impact strength, and the sensitivity of the different grades of ABS resin to the above process parameters is varied.
