摘要
制备了硅橡胶(SR)/聚氨酯(PU)阻尼发泡材料,研究PU用量对阻尼发泡材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:PU的加入可以提高材料的门尼黏度,随着PU用量的增加,材料的硫化速率减慢,硫化时间延长;PU加入后对材料的耐老化性能影响不大;SEM分析结果表明,PU与SR之间具有较好的相容性;PU用量增加,SR/PU阻尼发泡材料的受热变形会明显增加,对于材料的减噪、抗冲击具有增强作用。
Silicone rubber(SR)/polyurethane(PU)damping foam material was prepared,and the effect of PU dosage on the comprehensive performance of damping foam material was studied.The results showed that the addition of PU could increase the Mooney viscosity of the material,as the amount of PU increased,the vulcanization rate of the material slowed down and the vulcanization time was prolonged;the addition of PU had little effect on the aging resistance of the material;the results of SEM analysis showed that PU and SR had good compatibility;the increase in the amount of PU,the thermal deformation of the SR/PU damping foam material increased significantly,the noise reduction and impact resistance of the material had an enhanced effect.
