基于聚酰胺树脂/聚乙二醇的超级电容器电极材料的制备及其性能表征

摘要 以聚酰胺树脂为炭化聚合物,聚乙二醇为热分解聚合物,通过聚合物共混法制备了具有典型中孔结构的活性炭材料。通过改变聚酰胺树脂和聚乙二醇之间的质量配比,研究了聚乙二醇的含量对材料活性炭结构的影响,并对其形貌、孔结构及电化学性能表征。结果表明:由于较高的比表面积(622.2 m2/g)以及较大的孔径(3.484 nm),质量配比2:1得到的活性炭材料显示出最高的比电容(281.54 F/g)。表明通过调控聚酰胺树脂和聚乙二醇之间的质量配比,可以有效改善相应活性炭的孔结构以及电极材料的电化学性能。 Activated carbon material with typical mesoporous structure was prepared by polymer blending method using polyamide resin as carbonized polymer and polyethylene glycol as thermal decomposition polymer.By changing the mass ratio between polyamide resin and polyethylene glycol,the influence of polyethylene glycol content on the structure of activated carbon of the material was studied,and its morphology,pore structure and electrochemical performance were characterized.The results showed that the activated carbon materials obtained by the mass ratio of 2:1 showed the highest specific capacitance(281.54 F/g)due to the higher specific surface area(622.2 m2/g)and the larger pore size(3.484 nm).The results showed that the pore structure and electrochemical properties of the activated carbon can be improved effectively by adjusting the quality ratio between polyamide resin and polyethylene glycol.
