柠檬酸渣可降解地膜流延成膜制备工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on the Preparation Process of Casting Film Formation Based on Citric Acid Residue

摘要 为了有效解决不可降解地膜造成的土壤污染问题和发酵固体废弃物资源化利用问题,以柠檬酸发酵废渣为原料,通过与成膜助剂共聚交联制备生物可降解地膜,探究了流延成膜制备工艺,同时解决了地膜成型过程中各项因素引起的性能稳定性问题,扩大了生物质可降解地膜的工业化应用前景。以实验室现有小型流延设备为基础,从成膜工艺过程中的基材、速度、厚度、干燥方式四个方面对柠檬酸渣成膜工艺进行了优化,确定了成膜过程中最适基材为聚四氟乙烯板,最佳流延速度为10 mm/s,最佳流延厚度为0.45 mm,最佳干燥条件为传导干燥60℃。通过以上反应参数的优化,进一步稳定柠檬酸渣地膜的各方面性能,节省了能耗及经济成本,有效地提高了其实际应用率。 In order to effectively solve the problem of soil pollution caused by non-degradable mulch film and the utilization of fermented solid waste,this paper takes citric acid fermentation waste residue as raw material,prepares biodegradable mulch film by copolymerization and crosslinking with film-forming auxiliaries,and explores the casting method.At the same time,the problem of performance stability caused by various factors in the film forming process is solved,and the industrial application prospect of the biodegradable film is expanded.Based on the existing small casting equipment in the laboratory,this paper optimizes the film formation process of citric acid residue from the four aspects of substrate,speed,thickness and drying method in the film forming process.The most suitable substrate is polytetrafluoroethylene plate,the optimum casting speed is 10 mm/s,the optimum casting thickness is 0.45 mm,and the best drying condition is conductive drying 60°C.Through the optimization of the above reaction parameters,the performance of various aspects of the citric acid residue film is further stabilized,the energy consumption and economic cost are saved,and the practical application rate is improved.
