Analysis and Research on Five Typical Temperament Items in Plastic Runway Products

塑胶跑道产品的质量对中小学生的身体健康有重要影响。重点对塑胶跑道产品中多环芳烃、苯并[a]芘、邻苯二甲酸酯类、3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷、短链氯化石蜡5个典型项目进行分析研究。对常见的样块成品、固体原料、非固体原料进行检验分析,确定了三大类形式产品中典型项目存在的问题及原因,并提出了提高塑胶跑道产品质量的措施。建议建立塑胶跑道产品的质量安全风险评价规范,实行无溶剂施工,严把原料关和场地验收关,走绿色发展之路。

The quality of plastic runway products has an important impact on the health of primary and secondary school students. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of five typical items in plastic runway products, including PAHs, benzo [a] pyrene, phthalates, 3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane, SCCPs. The common sample finished products, solid raw materials and non-solid raw materials are analyzed, the problems and reasons of typical projects are identified in three types of products. The measures to improve the quality of plastic runway products are put forward. It is recommended to establish quality and safety risk assessment standards for plastic runway products, implement solvent-free construction, strictly control raw materials and site acceptance for the green development.
