饲粮不同含量有机硒对育肥羔羊生长性能与能量需要量的影响

Effect of the dietary of different organic selenium levels on weaned lambs growth performance and energy requirements

试验研究饲粮不同含量有机硒对羔羊生长性能与能量需要量的影响,选取断奶羔羊64只,随机分为4组,依次添加有机硒0.3(Ⅰ组)、2.0(Ⅱ组)、3.0(Ⅲ组)和4.0 mg/kg(Ⅳ组)饲粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d,各组间隔10 d随机选取2只羔羊测定生长性能,并根据预测方程计算能量需要量。结果表明:Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的40 d羔羊体质量显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的50 d和60 d羔羊体质量显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),各组的羔羊日增重均不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组维持净能(NEm)在40 d育肥期显著大于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组在60 d育肥期显著大于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),在不同育肥阶段各组的增重净能(NEg)和能量沉积差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,滩寒杂交羔羊饲粮中添加3.0 mg/kg有机硒长势较好。在其体质量25~37 kg阶段,不同日增重时NEm和NEg需要量的变化范围分别为2.95~3.53 MJ/d和1.21~3.35 MJ/d,生长性能和能量沉积呈协同增长趋势。

The experiment studied the effect of growth performance and energy requirements of organic selenium dietary on weaned lambs.The experiment selected 64 weaned lambs,which were randomly divided into four groups.The trial groups were supplementation of 0.3(group I),2.0(group II),3.0(group III)and 4.0 mg/kg(group IV)organic selenium.The period of trial was 60 days with 10 days of pretrial.Two lambs were randomly selected every ten days for growth performance analysis and energy requirement were calculated according to the predictive equation.The results showed that 40 days lambs weight of groupⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).50 days and 60 days lambs weight of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).The differences of lamb daily gain were not significant in each group(P>0.05).40 days fattening period for NEm of groupⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).60 days NEm of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).The differences of NEg and energy sedimentary were not significant in fattening period(P>0.05).The results suggested that the effect of diet supplemented with 3.0 mg/kg organic selenium of Tan×Han crossbreed lambs was efficient fattening.The variation range of maintenance and growth requirements for NE for 25~37 kg at different daily gain were 2.95~3.53 MJ/d and 1.21~3.35 MJ/d respectively.Growth performance and energy deposition showed a synergistic growth trend.
