饲粮添加蒲公英、酵母细胞壁提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮添加蒲公英、酵母细胞壁提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响。选取210日龄海兰褐蛋鸡480只,随机分为10组:对照组(DZ)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%蒲公英叶干粉(GF)、蒲公英叶水提物(TQ)、蒲公英叶干粉+酵母细胞壁提取物(FH)的试验饲粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:不同的添加剂均可在一定程度上提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能,但无显著性(P>0.05),FH0.1%~0.5%组的产蛋率高于DZ组的产蛋率,FH0.1%~0.5%组的料蛋比低于DZ组的料蛋比;不同的添加剂可维持蛋鸡血液生理指标的稳定性;不同的添加剂组血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均大于DZ组,且FH0.1%~0.5%组与DZ组相比差异显著(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量较DZ组呈下降趋势,差异不显著(P>0.05);不同的添加剂可以提高血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量,且FH0.3%~0.5%组与DZ、GF0.1%~0.5%、TQ0.1%~0.5%相比差异均为显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮同时添加蒲公英叶干粉、酵母细胞壁提取物能改善蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化能力及免疫功能,效果优于单独添加蒲公英干粉和蒲公英叶水提物,且最佳添加量为0.5%。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Taraxacum and yeast cell wall extract on production performance,serum antioxidant capacity and immune function of laying hens.Four hundred and eighty 210-days-old HyLine brown hens were chose;the hens were randomly allocated to ten groups.The hens were randomly subjected to one of the following 10 treatments for 42 days.Layers were fed with basal diet(control,DZ),basal diet+0.1%,0.3%,0.5%Taraxacum dry powder(experiment,GF),basal diet+0.1%,0.3%,0.5%Taraxacum aqueous extract(experiment,TQ),basal diet+0.1%,0.3%,0.5%Taraxacum dry powder and yeast cell wall extract(experiment,FH).The results showed that different additives can improve the laying performance of laying hens,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with group DZ,laying rate of groups FH0.1%~0.5%were increased,respectively.Feed/egg of groups FH0.1%~0.5%were decreased.Different additives can maintenance blood stability of hens.The enzyme activity of CAT、SOD、T-AOC were higher than group DZ,enzyme activity of groups FH0.1%~0.5%were significantly increased compared with group DZ(P<0.05).MDA content of experiment groups were lower than that of group DZ,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The content of IgA,IgM,IgG of groups FH0.3%~0.5%were significantly increased compared with group DZ,group GF0.1%~0.5%,and group TQ0.1%~0.5%(P<0.05).It is concluded that adding Taraxacum dry powder and yeast cell wall extract to the diet at the same time,the effects on production performance,serum antioxidant capacity and immune function of laying hens were better than adding Taraxacum dry powder and Taraxacum aqueous extract alone,and the optimum content was 0.5%.
