摘要
试验旨在探讨硫辛酸对马运动性能、血浆抗氧化能力及代谢指标的影响。选取体重相近和比赛成绩接近的30匹马,随机分为3组,每组10匹。对照组饲喂不添加硫辛酸的基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在对照组基础上添加15 g/(匹·d)和25 g/(匹·d)硫辛酸。结果表明:试验1和试验2组马匹赛后心率、赛后30 min心率、赛后5 min呼吸频率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1组过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别比对照组高3.34%和70%。试验1组和试验2组超氧化物歧化酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1组赛后马匹血浆乳酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在日粮中添加硫辛酸可以提高马匹运动性能,改善马匹赛后的恢复机能,减缓在运动过程中的疲劳现象。试验结果显示,在日粮中添加硫辛酸15 g/(匹·d)效果最佳。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of lipic acid on horse performance,plasma antioxidant capacity and metabolic indexes.Thirty horses with similar body weight and similar race results were selected and randomly divided into three groups with ten horse in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet without adding lipoic acid,and the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 added 15 g/(hp·d)and 25 g/(hp·d)lipoic acid on the basis of the control group,respectively.The results showed that the horses in group 1 and group 2 had lower heart rate after the match,30 minutes after the match,and 5 minutes after the match than the control group(P<0.05).The activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase in group 1 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),which was 3.34%and 70%higher than that in control group,respectively.The activity of superoxide dismutase in group 1 and group 2 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The plasma lactate content of horses in group 1 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of lipoic acid to the diet can improve the performance of horses,improve the horse’s recovery function after the race,and reduce fatigue during exercise.Based on the results of the experiment,adding 15 g/(hp·d)of lipoic acid to the diet is the best.
