摘要
试验旨在研究绿原酸对金葡菌、奇异变形菌、大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌的抑制效果与最小抑制浓度。试验采取牛津杯法和稀释法,测定绿原酸的抑制细菌效果。结果显示:绿原酸作用金葡菌,奇异变形菌,大肠埃希氏菌的抑制细菌浓度在200 g/L时效果最好,抑制细菌圈的直径长度分别为8.41、14.23、16.74 mm、对于沙门氏菌的抑制细菌浓度在100 g/L时效果最好,抑菌圈直径为11.12 mm。并且绿原酸作用于金葡菌、大肠埃希氏菌、奇异变形菌、沙门氏菌最低值抑制细菌浓度分别为0.25、10.00、0.20、2.50 g/L。试验结果表明,绿原酸对金葡菌、大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌、奇异变形菌,都有较好抑菌效果,具有广阔应用前景。
The experiment was to study the antibacterial effect and minimum inhibitory concentration of chlorogenic acid on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus mirabilis and Salmonella.The Oxford Cup and the micro-broth dilution method was used to determine the antibacterial effect of chlorogenic acid.The results showed that the best concentration of chlorogenic acid on the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus mirabilis was at 200 g/L,and the inhibition zone diameters were 8.41,14.23,16.74 mm respectively,and the best concentration of chlorogenic acid on Salmonella was 11.12 mm.The minimum inhibitory concentrations for Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Proteus mirabilis,and Salmonella were 0.25,10.00,0.20 and 2.50 g/L respectively.In conclusion,chlorogenic acid has good antibacterial capacity on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus mirabilis and Salmonella.It will be used broadly in husbandry.
