噬菌体制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:2

Effect of bacteriophage preparation on growth performance, intestinal flora and immune organs of broilers

摘要 为研究噬菌体对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道菌群的影响,试验选取50周龄海兰褐蛋鸡2400只,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组1、2、3组在日粮中分别加入100、300、500 g/t(低、中、高剂量)的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和魏氏梭菌噬菌体复合制剂,试验期30 d。结果显示:试验1组、试验2组和试验3组的产蛋率比对照组分别提高2.06%、2.45%和2.51%(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组的料蛋比相比对照组分别降低了4.95%和5.86%(P<0.05);试验1组、试验2组和试验3组的不合格蛋率比对照组分别降低了37.85%、57.37%和58.96%(P<0.05)。试验1组、试验2组和试验3组的哈夫单位相比对照组分别提高5.75%、7.68%和6.92%,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验1组能显著降低大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组能提高乳酸菌数量(P<0.05),显著降低大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量(P<0.05)。试验表明,噬菌体添加量在300 g/t较为合适。 To study the effect of bacteriophage preparation on the production performance,egg quality and intestinal flora of layers,2400 of fifty-week old Hy-Line brown layers were divided into four groups randomly.The control group was fed with basic ration.Test group 1,group 2,group 3 were fed with the basic ration supplemented with 100,300 and 500 g/t(low,medium,high dosage)bacteriophage preparations respectively.The test period was 30 d.The results showed that:compared with the control group the laying rate of test group 1 to test group 3 increased by 2.06%,2.45%and 2.51%(P<0.05)respectively.Compared with the control group the feed-egg ratio of test group 2 to test group 3 decreased by 4.95%and 5.86%respectively(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the unqualified egg rate of test group 1,group 2,test group 3 decreased by 37.85%,57.37%and 58.96%respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Haugh unit of test group 1,group 2,test group 3 increased by 5.75%,7.68%and 6.92%respectively(P<0.05).The test group 1 significantly reduced the number of colibacillus and salmonella compared with control group(P<0.05).The test group 2 and test group 3 significantly reduced the number of colibacillus and salmonella and increased the number of lactic acid bacteria compared with control group(P<0.05).The test indicates that 300 g/t of feed is more appropriate.
